Many have inquired. Where has Lord evilsnake been?
The simple truth is...
Lord evilsnake had to go back to work. The Great One is a teacher. Teaching is a very challenging and time-consuming job. The One and Only True Lord of Octans did not retire. Rather, the Lord decided to be a part timer, doing expos here and there. Nothing too crazy. At least, for now.
Does this mean the end of greetings?
Even your Lord can't answer that. Lord evilsnake has a bunch of greetings archived on Discord in his own channel, but even that is time consuming to go back through all of them to publish them. The Lord is not a fan of WIX.com. The Web site makes it hard to see all the screenshots in a post. Oh well.
Maybe someday, if the Lord has time, he will publish them. But right now? Don't count on it anytime soon.
Any good news?
As a matter of fact, YES! If you play Quasar, there is a highly caffeinated user named Coffee. He has started taking on the Greetings gimmick and turned it into his own version. Your favorite Lord has seen some of his work and believes that Coffee raised the bar. There's some good shit in there! Probe him, get a special greetings. The Lord approves of Coffee taking up on the "greetings" mantle.
It is like how Dick Grayson became the new protector of Gotham after Batman retired.
With that being said, the Lord wants you to know that he has appreciated all of the kind words and messages throughout his Octans tenure. As the Lord said, he has not retired yet, just active now and then. Maybe the Lord will return June 2021... in a new server.
